Horn Creek Hemp will ship your orders via USPS or UPS. We will insure shipments with values greater than $100. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an automatic notification at that time with a tracking number. Average ground shipping time is 3-5 business days for domestic orders. You may choose to expedite your shipment with express shipment options.

Shipping Policy
Your order will ship in packaging designed to mitigate odor. We recognize that hemp is a legal product, but the odor can trigger unwarranted suspicion. Adult signature required is also an option to ensure the package is hand delivered. This is an additional fee. Return address is Horn Creek Farms. Our products are in compliance with the 2018 USDA farm bill.

International Shipping
We are not able to research customs and tariff requirements for foreign countries. All international orders should include exact documentation, customs and tariff instructions.
Law Enforcement
If an item is seized by law enforcement, we will work with agents to clear the product and allow it to continue. Horn Creek Hemp is not responsible for delays due to temporary seizure.
Lost & Delayed Packages
Our shipments have a very high success rate shipping raw hemp. Occasionally a package will be delayed in transit. If this happens, please contact USPS or UPS.

If you order using First Class Mail, or another method without insurance, we cannot replace lost orders. If your package is lost by USPS, there is a 15 days wait period prior to filing a claim. After 15 days please contact us and we will file the claim. We are not responsible for any package being stolen at your address. If this is a concern, please consider optional adult signature requirement. All UPS shipments automatically include adult signature requirement.
Returns And Refunds
We seek the finest hemp flower, and work to portray our products accurately to prevent customer dissatisfaction. We do understand this will still happen. You can return unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt.
Steps To Receive Refund
To return all or part of an order, please first email customercare@horncreekhemp.com for a return authorization.
Once you receive your RMA and shipping instructions, ship your product using USPS. UPS at this time restricts shipping hemp only to licensed and vetted hemp farms and processors. We encourage you to use trackable methods and insurance for high value shipments over $50.
Upon receipt of the unused, unopened return, we will issue a refund, less any shipping fees if your order included free shipping.
International Shipping Information
We are not able to research customs and tariff requirements for foreign countries. All international orders should include exact documentation, customs and tariff instructions. We also cannot assume the burden of determining legality in countries outside the USA. By placing the order, you are confirming that our flower products meet the legal criteria in your country. Horn Creek cannot be responsible for orders seized or re-routed due to customs, tariff, documentation or legality issues.

I entered the wrong address! Can you fix it?
If you entered the wrong address, we can fix it as long as we can intercept your order before shipment. We strive to offer a quick shipping time and address errors not caught in time may still be shipped. Please contact us directly to resolve entry errors.
Will my package be sent discreetly?
Yes, your package will be sent discreetly. Our fulfillment center takes great care throughout the shipping process to ensure discreet delivery. All orders are double bagged to mitigate odor, packaged in a generic box with the seams taped shut, and there is no reference to hemp on the box.
I just placed my order now what?
Once you place your order a confirmation email will be sent to you. Order updates and tracking information will be emailed in real time. We process orders Monday-Friday and are closed on all major holidays. Average processing time is 1-3 business days.
What are my shipping options?
Your shipping options included all USPS, UPS, and select freight options. Some options are only available when ordering directly and require a quote. All shipments are insured and FOB Jacksonville, Oregon.
