Finding the right amount of CBD to take is a variable based on weight, metabolism, tolerance, and intended use. Start with a low dose and titrate as needed to achieve ideal effects. Dose may be spilt and given twice daily.
Dosing Suggestions: Each 30 ml Bottle contains 2,000 mg of CBD. 1 ml dropper contains 20 drops or 67 mg of CBD. Each drop contains 3.5 mg CBD
- For Everyday Use: Start with 1 mg CBD per every 5 lbs. of body weight for a low dose.
- For Stubborn & Chronic Pain: Titrate dose up to 10 mg CBD per every 5 lbs. of body weight.
- Best results achieved with daily use.
* For chronic pain research shows that 40 mg-800 mg per day show improvement in wellbeing and doses up to 1,500 mg per day have been tolerated well in clinical studies. Keep in mind MCT oils may cause intestinal discomfort when taken in high doses or over long periods of time.
